Products
The MOVIFIT® decentralized drive control fulfills the three most important criteria for decentralized drive systems: It is modular, flexible and economical. Three versions of the unit are available, which combine the well-known benefits of SEW-EURODRIVE decentralized installation technology with modern, application-oriented drive and communication functions.

Innovative connection technology ensures quick installation and startup, whilst offering easy diagnostics and maintenance, for example when the electronics are replaced. MOVIFIT® has a versatile functionality and also supports new strategies for optimized system topologies.

Industry-specific versions of the unit are available as standard, such as MOVIFIT® with the HygienicPlus option for use under special ambient conditions, e.g. in wet areas in the beverage industry.
MOVIFIT® function level
The function level indicates the functional scope of the software assigned to the MOVIFIT® units regarding

Classic
Simple functions
  • Control as fieldbus gateway via MOVILINK®
  • Simple handling and functions, can be compared e.g. to controlling SEW field distributors (Z.3, Z.6, etc.)
Technology
User-defined programming
(MOVI-PLC® /MOVITOOLS® MotionStudio)
  • Programming is carried out in accordance with IEC 61131 (e. g. in KOP, FUP, AWL, ST, AS)
  • MOVITOOLS® MotionStudio with PLC Editor, Application Builder etc.
  • Multi-level library concept
System
Drive-oriented conveyor functions
(MOVIVISION®)
